Collegiate opportunity and decisions can be tough, exhausting and full of promise...especially for Montana players. Our STRIDE mentorship program aims to provide more exposure, strengthen resilience and build confidence for Montana players on and off the field, so that they are prepared to navigate each step of the process.

With STRIDE Mentorship, we help support players in a variety of ways. We take great pride in supporting the performance side, as well as the mental side of the game. We want to support our players so they are fully prepared to make these tough decisions that are vital for collegiate success and overall happiness.

What we provide

    • Connecting you with appropriate coaches/programs (we have connections across every division in multiple states)

    • Conversations with, and give recommendations to, college coaches on your behalf

    • Find ID camps/college training opportunities that fit with your goals and needs

    • Support you in overall collegiate communication

    • Full game analysis (in-person if possible) with a full evaluation and direct feedback

    • This really gives us accurate knowledge to support you in finding the best college fit

    • This can really help identify strengths and weaknesses for training recommendations/ materials that we can provide

  • We will do our best to find you ECNL-level guest playing opportunities (Depending on fit, level and club availability).

    This could full roster commitments or discovery player (part-time)

    • Player support, advice and overall mentorship

    • Goal-setting - Comparing divisions, programs, school size, and major options

    • To-do list creation

    • Guidance on recruiting process and NCAA rules and regulations

  • We support you with highlight reels, player profiles and emails to coaches
